About Me
Hi, I’m Laura Mae — a Christian graphic designer, illustrator, photographer, and marketer with a passion for purpose-driven creativity.
I graduated with a B.A. in Graphic Design from Northwest Nazarene University in 2023, where I also studied on a piano scholarship and deepened my love for visual storytelling and faith-centered work.
Raised in Idaho and now living in Alaska, I’ve had the privilege of helping bring visions to life through full-scale rebrands, meaningful illustrations, and engaging marketing content. Since moving in early 2024, I’ve already led the complete redesign of two organizations — refining everything from logos and brand systems to digital presence and printed materials.
My work is deeply influenced by my faith, my upbringing in a creative and caring family, and my belief in using design to serve others and inspire connection. I love blending strategy with warmth, clarity with charm, and bringing both beauty and intentionality into everything I create.
When I’m not designing, you’ll likely find me painting, digging in the dirt, taking photos, shooting for fun, reading my Bible, or playing piano and ukulele with the worship team at my church. I also enjoy curling up with a sketchpad and a warm cup of hot cocoa, playing with my three mini schnauzers, and diving into good books or new creative ideas.
